- Receive and inspect incoming goods, verifying against purchase orders.
- Accurately pick items from designated warehouse locations using pick lists or scanners.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Prepare shipments for carriers, including labeling and staging.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and participate in cycle counts.
- Operate material handling equipment safely.
- Adhere to all warehouse safety regulations and company policies.
- Contribute to a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Ability to perform frequent lifting, up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Previous experience in order fulfillment or a similar warehouse role is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including occasional overtime.
- Must wear required PPE, such as safety shoes and vests.
- Understanding and application of logistics safety best practices.
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork capabilities.
