Base pay range: $47,500.00/yr. Commission incentives with uncapped potential.
Responsibilities
Full cycle recruiting for mid to senior/executive-level candidates across micro-specialized industries.
Develop new business and nurture existing client relationships.
Act as consultant for clients and candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process.
Negotiate candidate and commercial terms.
Earn commission on successful placements.
