The Associate will work closely with senior investment professionals across the full lifecycle of investments - sourcing, diligence, execution, and portfolio management - while gaining exposure to a wide range of industries and transaction structures.
What Youll Do Evaluate new investment opportunities, including financial modeling, business analysis, and industry research Support deal execution from initial diligence through closing Assist with ongoing portfolio company monitoring and strategic initiatives Prepare investment committee materials and internal presentations Collaborate directly with senior team members in a lean, apprenticeship-style environment
What Theyre Looking For 13+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, private credit, mezzanine, transaction advisory, or accounting (QOE work) Strong financial modeling and analytical skills Intellectual curiosity and sound investment judgment Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative setting Interest in long-term growth within a private capital platform Real and relevant ties to
