Mosaic Counseling & Associates is seeking independently licensed clinicians (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT) to join our fully remote outpatient practice. Full and Part-time positions available.

Position Highlights: 100% remote, telehealth-based practice Set your own schedule and caseload ( minimum of 10 client hours + 1 hr of supervision) All marketing, referrals, billing, and administrative tasks are handled by the practice Minimum commitment of
10 client sessions per week Compensation $60–$75 per session , aligned with experience Paid clinical supervision CEU reimbursement 401(k) options
available
Requirements: Independent licensure in Massachusetts (LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT) Ability to provide high-quality outpatient psychotherapy via telehealth in a HIPAA-compliant fashion
