Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Oracle Payroll Techno-Functional Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll. The role involves end-to-end payroll implementation, configuration, integration, and support, combining functional payroll knowledge with technical capabilities.
Key Responsibilities: Configure and support Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll (US and/or Global Payroll) Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions Configure payroll elements, balances, fast formulas, costing, and statutory reporting Support payroll integrations with HCM, GL, Time & Labor, and third-party vendors Develop and troubleshoot fast formulas, reports, and interfaces Manage payroll testing cycles (unit, integration, UAT) and issue resolution Support payroll processing, month-end, year-end, and compliance activities Provide post-go-live support and system enhancements
Required Skills & Experience: Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll Techno-functional expertise including Fast Formulas, HDL/HSDL, BI Publisher, and integrations Solid understanding of payroll processes, tax rules, and statutory compliance Experience with payroll costing and GL reconciliation Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with US Payroll (Federal, State, Local taxes) Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll certification Experience in multi-country or global payroll implementations
