Base pay range $120,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap, working closely with stakeholders to align business and customer needs.

Act as the voice of the customer, leveraging user experience insights to drive product development and enhancements.

Lead the product management team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Collaborate with the IT Project Management team to ensure timely and successful product launches.

Utilize your hands‑on proficiency with SQL and API testing to ensure the technical feasibility and performance of our services.

Leverage your deep understanding of SASE and integrations to create innovative and efficient solutions for our customers.

Drive customer success by developing and implementing strategies to increase product adoption and customer satisfaction.

Regularly review and analyze product performance, using data‑driven insights to inform decision making and strategic planning.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a product management role within the B2B industry.

Proven experience in managing and delivering large‑scale IT projects.

Strong knowledge of SQL, API testing, and integrations.

Exceptional customer success and stakeholder management skills.

Excellent understanding of user experience principles and techniques.

Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

Excellent problem‑solving skills, with a proven ability to navigate complex challenges and deliver results.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts to a variety of audiences.

Proven ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
