Job Description You’re the boss, the top dog, and a natural born leader. This Assistant Manager role at Domino’s Pizza gives you the opportunity to oversee store operations, ensure quality, manage inventory, cash, staffing, scheduling, cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.

Duties & Responsibilities

Direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, manage under stress, meet strict quality control standards, coordinate with coworkers and customers, analyze and compile data, and make sound, timely ethical judgments.

Greet customers enthusiastically with a positive personality; take orders and field customer concerns with a smile.

Operate, clean, and maintain all store facilities and equipment.

Prepare product according to Domino’s specifications and guidelines.

Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage and walk‑in or reach‑in coolers, and complete related paperwork.

Receive and process telephone orders quickly to ensure customer satisfaction and timely pizza delivery.

Navigate a map, locate addresses within the delivery area, and navigate diverse terrain—including multi‑story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites—while carrying product.

Perform accurate arithmetic (add, subtract, multiply, divide); make correct monetary change; calculator may be used.

Use a computer keyboard, touch screen, and foot‑paddle comfortably.

Physical Requirements

Daily tasks are performed standing; you will be on your feet for the majority of the shift.

Walking surfaces include ceramic tile “bricks” with linoleum in some food process areas; work surface height ranges between 36" and 48".

Bulk product deliveries occur two to three times per week and require unloading; ingredients and supplies may weigh up to 50 pounds and need lifting or stacking.

Occasional crouching, squatting, stooping, bending, or stair use may be required while performing job tasks.

Hand‑eye coordination is required for shaping pizza dough, maneuvering a pizza peel and cutter, and folding cardboard pizza boxes.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license.

Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.

Must pass a Criminal Background Check.
