Summary
Our client, a prominent AM Law 200 law firm with multiple regional offices, is seeking a skilled Corporate & Transactional Attorney to join their team in Miami, FL. This role offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of corporate transactions, providing strategic counsel to clients across various industries.
Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of corporate agreements and commercial contracts.
Advise clients on corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other complex transactional matters.
Provide strategic legal guidance to businesses on regulatory compliance, corporate structure, and risk management.
Collaborate with colleagues across offices to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
Participate in client meetings, negotiations, and closing transactions.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the Florida Bar is required.
6+ years of experience in corporate and transactional law.
Strong academic credentials and proven track record of professional excellence.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Skills
