Responsibilities
Lead the Facilities Services unit, supporting custodial, landscape, maintenance, and work‑order management across the district.
Maintain modern, vibrant college campuses, ensuring smooth operations and a safe learning environment.
Collaborate across a dynamic higher‑education setting to enable faculty, staff, and students to focus on learning.
Participate in sustainable operations and long‑term facility planning.
Qualifications
Relevant experience in facilities management or a related field.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively.
Demonstrated cultural competency and sensitivity to diverse backgrounds.
Valid credentials or certifications (if applicable).
Foreign Degree Requirement Applicants with foreign degrees must have their coursework evaluated by an NACES or ACEI member organization and submit a copy of the evaluation with the application.

Attend new‑hire processing at the District Administrative Offices.
The initial contract is for two (2) years and may be renewed annually for up to an additional two years.
Employment After Retirement If you accept a contract (permanent) position and are a retired annuitant with CalPERS or CalSTRS, you must reinstate from your retirement system.
