Compensation: $15.97 - $21.00 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual, quarterly performance, or premiums that may be paid in amounts ranging per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Essential Job Functions
Lead the store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom to include team member execution on customer service programs (e.g., Related sales, Hi5, Rock the Call, Never Say No, Rock the Lot).
Work with the store manager to ensure the retail sales counter is adequately staffed, especially during peak retail business hours (lunch, late‑afternoons, evenings, weekends).
Assist the store manager in setting team member goals, providing feedback on goal achievement, coaching/mentoring team members, and ensuring team members remain current on their individual training.
Assist in the hiring process by completing recruiting tasks, scheduling and participating in interviews, evaluating candidates, and collaborating with management to select qualified team members.
Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
Ensure all buy online/ship-to-store, hub‑and‑store transfers, and DC add orders are processed in a timely manner and customers are contacted upon shipment arrivals as needed.
Utilize the electronic outside purchase order ledger to handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently and according to procedure.
Process retail customer returns and exchanges efficiently and friendly, issue refunds accurately using the correct payment methods, and stage returned merchandise correctly in the returns area.
Invoice all merchandise, including core charges and warranties, before product leaves the store.
Communicate Zipline messages, delegate Image Maker and merchandising tasks, and complete assignments as assigned.
Ensure team members comply with company policies: adhere to posted work schedules, obtain approval for changes/deviations, and clock in/out accordingly.
Perform store opening/closing duties, including day‑end procedures, verify/securing money deposits per company policy, prepare bank deposits, ensure night security lights are on, lock doors, secure building, arm/disarm security alarms, and secure delivery vehicles.
Assist the store manager in maintaining the store building, parking lot, exterior signage/lighting, computer hardware, in‑store service/test equipment, and delivery vehicles.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
Skills / Education / Knowledge / Experience / Abilities Required:
Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification, and RSS Certification.
Desired:
Certified Parts Professional Certification; ASE Certification.
Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).
