Portfolio Analysis and Integration Specialist
VT Group (VTG) is seeking a Portfolio Analysis and Integration Specialist to support an Intelligence Community (IC) program in Bethesda, MD.
Responsibilities
Support the evolution of the sponsor’s strategic direction and priorities.
Ensure strategy is effectively pursued using best practices and benchmarking in business and mission analytics.
Communicate enterprise architecture related to technical collection and its relationship to the overall IC portfolio.
Keep abreast of IC Portfolio of Technical Investments strategies, business goals, objectives, performance targets, and associated technical collection enterprise architecture.
Make recommendations to aid sponsor decision‑making, including proposed strategies, roadmaps, identified risks, capability and performance gaps, and dependencies.
Act as liaison and lead discussion with IC program managers, DoD partners, and private sector companies on program capabilities, service delivery, and requirements concerns.
Assist government clients with programmatic goals, schedules, and reports to senior‑level executives.
Communicate technical topics in a non‑technical manner to senior‑level audiences.
Qualifications
TS/SCI with polygraph required.
BS degree and 12–15 years of prior relevant experience or master’s degree with 10–13 years of prior relevant experience. Doctorate in a technical domain allowed.
Strong writing and grammatical skills.
Expert knowledge of portfolio, program, and project management discipline.
Expert knowledge of the Intelligence Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Evaluation (IPPBE) process/discipline.
Strong analytical competence, problem‑solving, communication and organizational skills.
Demonstrate strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Work with seniors in a diverse, fast‑paced, multi‑task environment managing competing priorities.
Produce deliverables in multiple formats as needed (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Acrobat, etc.).
Pay Range: VTG’s estimated starting pay range is $180,000–$190,000 annually. The range is a general guideline; actual offers may vary based on experience, education, market, and contractual considerations.
