Job Requirements
Active California Property & Casualty Insurance License
Minimum 5 years of commercial account management experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
Dedicated to building long-term, trusting client relationships
Prior experience with Applied Epic agency management system is a plus
Job Responsibilities
Provide support to producers and account executives
Manage various commercial insurance lines including General Liability, Product Liability, Errors & Omissions, Cyber, EPLI, and D&O
Work with legacy carriers and online portals for quoting and policy servicing
Review surplus lines policy forms, identifying exclusions and coverage nuances
Offer in-depth coverage analysis and client guidance
Maintain accurate and current client files within the agency management system
Stay informed on industry trends, carrier updates, and regulatory changes
