Base pay range
$110,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr Primary Responsibilities
Ensure consultant forecasting, contracts, timing, and execution meet project needs. Support division business plans through project tracking, communication, and coordination with operating teams. Manage quality control processes and coordinate across all project stakeholders. Drive cost reduction, value engineering, and continuous improvement initiatives. Review and redline deliverables for accuracy and compliance with construction methods and permit requirements. Develop and present ARB-related materials for Municipal, HOA, and DRC approvals. Assist supervisor with consultant RFP process. Support design needs for new or modified plans, elevations, and amenities in coordination with leadership and civil engineers. Coordinate design meetings with consultants, construction, procurement, and civil teams. Review and coordinate grading plans and utilities with civil engineers (water, sanitary, gas, electric, stormwater). Collaborate with marketing on brochures and professional images. Manage communications during permit plan reviews and provide solutions for code-related questions. Coordinate with Land Entitlements team on project proffers for compliance. Required Skills and Experience
Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture required; graduate degree preferred. Current Architectural licensure in at least one state. Compensation
