The Marketing Associate position provides an excellent opportunity tobuild upon initial responsibilities and grow with one of the nation’sleading financial institutions. Candidates must possess a positiveattitude and be eager to work on various projects with a cohesive,demanding team.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns acrossdigital, print, and event channels
Assist in creating and editing marketing materials, social mediacontent, and client communications while ensuring brand andcompliance standards
Help manage website and social media updates, track engagement,and report on campaign performance
Help coordinate marketing of client events, webinars, andsponsorship activities, including logistics and follow-up
Maintain marketing databases to support campaign tracking and reporting
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensureconsistent brand messaging and execution
Provide administrative and project support to the brand team as needed
Use Adobe Creative Suite to create and update marketing materials
Manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform
Perform other tasks and duties as required and assigned
Experience and Skills
Bachelors degree required, preferably in Marketing, Advertising,Communications, Journalism, or related field Experience in coordinating and executing financial servicesmarketing: branding, advertising, campaign creation, e-mail andsocial media marketing, events, and strategic planning 5+ years of relevant corporate experience preferred Previous financial background not required, but strong interest inlearning the financial services industry is a must High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (illustrator, InDesign,Dreamweaver, Photoshop) Highly proficient in Salesforce marketing cloud Excellent communication and presentation skills with the abilityto communicate effectively across various departments and levels ofthe organization Highly organized and able to multi-task and manage multipleprojects and competing priorities without sacrificing accuracy or efficiency Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner What We Offer
