Our growing team is looking to add a Senior Vice President, Marketingwho will responsible for leadership, management, and strategy of theMarketing Team. The position is a key member of the Senior Executiveteam, engaged in defining the overall business strategy, direction ofthe organization, and the development and execution of a comprehensivemarketing strategy. The position owns all areas including branding,product marketing, analyst relations, and marketing analytics. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Lead the Marketing Department in the development and execution ofthe Wedbush Brand, Marketing Initiatives, Communications, andCampaigns that ensure brand cohesiveness Partner with senior executives in development of the comprehensivemarketing strategy agenda and full marketing plan, includingmarketing goals, research and objectives Act as a point of contact for all Marketing and Brand topics forentire organization Lead in the development, implementation and maintenance of theorganization's multi-channel, multi-segment marketing campaign Ensure the internal and external brand is aligned withorganization’s objectives and execute marketing plan whileeffectively managing brand and reputational risk Organize and direct the Marketing Department and ensure thatmarketing projects are well coordinated and complement the strategicobjectives of the organization Develop policies, procedures, and training programs to ensureefficient and effective marketing operations Analyze marketing return-on-investment and other related issues,and develops cost effective solutions to marketing challenges Develop and maintain relationships with media contacts, and createpositive external and internal brand recognition and image Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of theorganization's website(s), SEO, SEM and online analytics platforms Oversee sponsorship programs to promote branding, communityoutreach, and nonprofit initiatives Perform other duties as required and assigned Experience and Skills

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University, preferably inBusiness, Marketing, Communications or related subject required 10+ years of progressive experience in planning, managing, andexecuting multi-channel, multi-segment marketing campaigns Experience in Financial Services is a must, with broker-dealerexperience is preferred Professional presence and ability to develop strong workingrelationships with executive management Excellent communication and presentation skills with the abilityto communicate effectively across various departments and levels ofthe organization Strong project management skills, well organized, and ability tomeet release dates and deadlines Highly organized and able to multi-task and manage multipleprojects and competing priorities without sacrificing accuracy or efficiency Solid research skills - stays informed of current industry trendsand advancements to maintain competitive with the industry Solid leadership and interpersonal skills - with the ability topartner at all levels of the organization Strong collaboration and team building skills Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills What We Offer

A reasonableestimate of the current hiring range is $175,000- $225,000. Colleaguesmay be eligible for additional, discretionary incentive compensationbased on the colleague's and the firm's performance. Decisionsregarding compensation are determined on a case-by-case basis and aredependent on a variety of factors including but not limited to skillsets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and otherbusiness and organizational needs.
