As Business Development Director DACH within the Engineered Solutions business area, you are responsible for driving business development across Central Europe (DACH region). Nolato AB is an international corporate group headquartered in Sweden. Founded in 1938, the company today employs approximately 5,700 people. Nolato consists of two business areas, Engineered Solutions and Medical Solutions, and operates more than 25 sites across Europe, Asia and North America. Purpose of the Role

As Business Development Director DACH within the Engineered Solutions business area, you are responsible for driving business development across Central Europe (DACH region). Your primary objective is to analyze the Central European market, identify new customers with global potential, win them for Nolato and secure sustainable and profitable growth. You will work closely with Nolato’s global manufacturing sites to fully understand customer requirements and provide customized, global production solutions. You represent the entire Engineered Solutions business area and play a key role in the strategic development of the customer portfolio in Central Europe. This position requires strong customer presence and therefore involves extensive travel. Administrative tasks may be performed either from a home office or from one of our pro-duction sites. Key Responsibilities

Market & customer analysis: Analyze markets to identify target customers for Engineered Solutions and evaluate their sales potential. Market development & acquisition: Drive the acquisition of new customers and projects in the Central European market, focusing on customers with global potential for Nolato. Business Development Director (DACH) Customer development: Build and maintain long-term, trust-based customer relationships and en-sure high customer satisfaction. Project & quotation management: Develop business cases in cooperation with customers and Nolato’s global sites. Create tailored customer solutions, coordinate quotation preparation and oversee projects through to successful completion. Pricing management: Define and implement pricing strategies to ensure profitability. Contract management: Support global customers in contract design and negotiation. Representation: Represent the company at industry trade fairs, events and in meetings with key decision-makers. Requirements & Qualifications

University degree in plastics engineering or mechanical engineering, supplemented by training in sales or business development. Several years of experience in international sales and business development, ideally in plastics or other technically complex capital goods. Entrepreneurial mindset combined with strong technical understanding. Strong strategic and analytical skills, including experience in developing market and customer strategies. Excellent communication and negotiation skills in German (native) and English (B2 level or higher), additional languages are an advantage. High customer orientation, strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to build and maintain net-works. Confident and professional presence, with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels. What We Offer
