We are seeking a Managing Director who is already operating at the highest level — a proven investment banker with a ready-to-go pipeline, deep client and investor relationships, and a consistent record of closing high-value transactions.

We are only considering experienced, currently active investment bankers who are ready to transact from day one. This is an opportunity to own a vertical and build real equity — not a junior ramp-up or business development role.
This opportunity is open to candidates throughout the United States, who will report into either our New York City, San Francisco, Los Angeles, or Chicago offices.

Your Mission: Build the #1 Crypto Investment Banking Franchise
You will:
Originate, lead, and close M&A and private placement transactions across crypto infrastructure, tokenization, DeFi, fintech, Web3, and AI
Provide strategic advisory to high-growth clients — from early-stage disruptors to late-stage unicorns
Leverage your existing investor relationships (crypto-native funds, VCs, digital asset managers, institutional capital) to drive capital formation
Manage the full deal lifecycle — from origination and pitch through execution and closing
Build and lead your own high-performing deal team
Collaborate across research, trading, and capital markets to maximize value for clients
Be a public thought leader at the forefront of Web3 and digital asset finance
Experience and Skills
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution required
10+ years of investment banking experience with a focus on tech, crypto, fintech, or blockchain
A track record of sourcing and closing $50M–$500M+ transactions — capital raises, M&A, SPVs, and hybrid structures
A robust, near-term pipeline of live or qualified mandates
Deep relationships across the crypto capital ecosystem: investors, operators, founders, and family offices
FINRA Series 79, 63 required; 24 preferred
Mastery of strategic advisory, valuation, modeling, and execution
Entrepreneurial mindset, execution horsepower, and the hunger to build something lasting

The reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic location. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $250,000. Colleagues may be eligible for additional, discretionary incentive compensation based on the colleague's and the firm's performance.
