Role Requirements for an Account Growth Manager

Support daily operations by coordinating fiber activations, mobile device upgrades, and service migrations with data accuracy and compliance.

Drive workflow coordination by partnering with leadership, contributing to territory scheduling, and monitoring residential fiber market penetration.

Strengthen team performance by applying consultative growth techniques, participating in structured training sessions, and advancing Frontier’s expansion goals.

Assist in onboarding new associates by training them on symmetrical fiber speed benefits, hardware return policies, and secure data protocols.

Resolve escalated account challenges by triaging service concerns and technical hardware issues to minimize downtime and maximize satisfaction.

Review territory performance data and collaborate with Account Growth Managers to align execution with product launches.
