Type: Oracle Cloud Implementation Project Duration: 14 months Location: Chicago, IL(hybrid) Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Projects & Grants Functional Lead with strong public sector and FAR compliance experience to lead a full-cycle Oracle Cloud implementation. This role is responsible for driving functional design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle Cloud Projects and Grants, ensuring compliance with federal regulations and alignment with project timelines. The ideal candidate will partner with finance, procurement, legal, and research stakeholders to deliver a compliant, scalable solution within a structured implementation schedule. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud Projects & Grants functional implementation, from design through go-live and stabilization. Own functional requirements, setup, testing, and deployment aligned to project milestones and delivery timelines. Ensure compliance with FAR, UCC, intellectual property, and public sector contracting requirements. Collaborate with finance, procurement, legal, and research teams on grants administration, project costing, billing, and contract management. Support proposal development, pricing, and documentation related to grant- and contract-funded programs. Integrate Oracle Cloud Projects & Grants with upstream and downstream systems (e.g., PeopleSoft, Salesforce, or legacy platforms). Lead user training, documentation, and change management to support adoption of Oracle Cloud solutions. Drive process improvements across purchasing, vendor management, and research operations within Oracle Cloud. Required Qualifications Proven experience leading Oracle Cloud Projects & Grants implementations in public sector environments. Strong knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and grants compliance. Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud ERP configuration and functional leadership. Solid background in procurement, vendor management, and contract lifecycle management. Experience working within fixed timelines and milestone-driven implementations. Strong stakeholder communication, documentation, and delivery management skills.
