Key Responsibilities
Studio Systems & Hardware Management: Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot Macintosh workstations; manage studio hardware setup for staff and talent.
Color Accuracy & Infrastructure Maintenance: Perform regular monitor calibrations; maintain Wi‑Fi, network ports, conferencing configurations, and internal printing systems.
Scripting, Automation & AI Integration: Utilize AI tools to write, debug, and optimize scripts (Python, AppleScript, Bash); support custom internal applications and streamline repetitive tasks.
Asset & Operations Support: Manage technical gear check‑in/check‑out and asset tracking records; provide digital asset management (DAM) backup support and on‑set emergency troubleshooting.
Must‑Have Qualifications
Mac OS Mastery: Deep understanding of the Macintosh operating system, file structures, and advanced troubleshooting utilities.
Scripting Logic: Functional knowledge of Python, Bash, or AppleScript, with AI code generation aptitude.
Network Fundamentals: Diagnose and resolve Wi‑Fi, Ethernet, and server connection issues in a corporate network environment.
Color Management: Familiarity with monitor calibration hardware and software.
High‑Stakes Problem Solving: Resolve critical technical failures quickly in high‑pressure production environments.
Customer Service Excellence: Proactive “no task is too small” attitude when supporting creative professionals.
Curiosity & Learning Agility: Passion for new technology and optimizing digital workflows from capture to server delivery.
Nice‑to‑Have Qualifications
Administration Experience: Policies or certifications related to endpoint management solutions.
Tethered Photography Workflows: Familiarity with professional tethered photography software.
