Mid Level Collection Requirements Manager at Cherokee Federal

Job Description This position supports multiple intelligence disciplines – SIGINT, HUMINT, GEOINT, MASINT, OSINT – combining all-source capabilities to satisfy analytical requirements for the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) and other Department of Defense components. The Mid‑Level Collection Requirements Manager will manage the collection requirements cycle (TCPED), develop strategies, and collaborate with DoD and intelligence communities to ensure production satisfaction.

Compensation & Benefits Estimated starting salary: $100,000–$120,000, commensurate with experience. Full‑time benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and other benefits as available.

Responsibilities

Manage collection requirements in an all-source environment according to TCPED.

Research, validate, and submit collection requirements; create strategies and monitor production satisfaction.

Collaborate with DoD and other intelligence organizations on exploitation, production, and reporting.

Maintain competency in applications, methods, products, and tasking flows across all disciplines.

Assist analysts and leaders in producing Key Intelligence Questions (KIQ) and Essential Elements of Information.

Prepare briefings and respond to information requests.

Qualifications & Requirements

Current TS/SCI clearance and ability to obtain counterintelligence polygraph.

Associate or Bachelor’s degree (highly desired).

Certified Collection Management Professional (Foundational) highly desired.

5–15 years of experience in the intelligence community or military intelligence, with significant collection‑requirements management experience.

Completion of a service or agency collection‑management course.

All‑source CRM experience.

Knowledge of SIGINT and HUMINT systems and DoD program offices.

Experience with tools: CHROME, UEE, MASINT Portal, IMM, POSTMAN, OSCAR‑MS, CRATE, COUGAR, GIMS, WFT.

Military background and knowledge of the intelligence cycle.

Valid U.S. passport.

U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status.

Pass pre‑employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal.
