Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Greater Boston for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, conducting customer consultations, promoting Orkin’s services, and building long‑lasting customer relationships. The role involves explaining products and service plans to potential clients, generating leads, and meeting sales goals. Additionally, the specialist will support current clients with excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction by addressing their needs promptly.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and effectively convey information
Customer service skills, including the ability to address client concerns and provide tailored solutions
Proven skills in sales, with a focus on client acquisition and meeting sales targets
Experience in training or a willingness to learn sales strategies and techniques
Knowledge of sales management or leadership skills is highly desirable
Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and able to manage tasks with minimal supervision
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
