The Opportunity You’ll lead ServiceNow Transformation teams in a rapidly growing area of the business. It’s a client visible role, and you’ll have opportunities to showcase your ability to motivate and develop your team, establish and maintain new client relationships, and grow your consulting and team leadership skills.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and defining user/customer requirements, focusing on developing user interfaces (UI) across various platforms including mobile, web, and tablets, and engaging in coding, programming, and creating specifications to deliver development services that align with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions.

Track deliverable completion and project status, ensuring alignment with performance objectives.

Actively participate in client working sessions, leading workstreams from planning through execution and closure.

Skills and Attributes

Act as an engagement or workstream lead across all aspects of a ServiceNow SPM project, including design, configuration/development, testing and deployment.

Manage and mentor a multi‑disciplinary team of 5‑10+ resources, including offshore consultants.

Build and foster client relationships, demonstrating the value of EY services.

Apply excellent business acumen, making fact‑based decisions and resolving conflicts.

Provide guidance and industry‑leading practice expertise for ServiceNow SPM process implementations.

Analyze people, process and technology capabilities, providing leading‑practice recommendations and insights for strategic roadmaps.

Lead client process and design sessions, facilitating requirements workshops with functional and business process subject matter experts.

Apply waterfall and agile delivery models, supporting planning, status reporting, budgets and risk and issue logs.

Support pre‑sales efforts, creating proposals and estimates.

Produce high‑quality deliverables and project artifacts.

Qualifications

A bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar discipline.

Typically, no less than 4‑6 years of relevant ServiceNow SPM project experience.

ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Strategic Portfolio Management.

5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.

Excellent soft skills – executive communication (written/verbal), adaptability, problem solving, teamwork, relationship building, dependability, and organization.

Experience leading teams and supervising others.

Valid U.S. driver’s license.

Ability to travel to meet client needs.

Preferred Qualifications

ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA).

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM or Data Foundations.

Performance analytics and reporting experience – certifications are a plus.

Experience in ServiceNow’s AI solutions (e.g., Now Assist, Agentic, AI Control Tower).

Benefits

A comprehensive compensation and benefits package, reward based on performance and recognized value to the business. Base salary range: $142,600 to $261,500 in the U.S. (varies by location).
