Principal Sales System Engineer 5 VAS Voice
We are seeking a principal sales system engineer to drive the design, implementation, and optimization of advanced technical sales solutions for AT&T's Voice as a Service (VAS) portfolio. The role involves serving as a subject‑matter expert to ensure successful customer integration of company products and services, while collaborating closely with direct sales teams and customers.
Responsibilities
Provide technical guidance and consultation to direct sales teams and customers on the design, customization, and implementation of complex technical products and services.
Lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced sales solutions, continuously identifying and implementing process enhancements in collaboration with product architects and the development community.
Ensure successful product integration, troubleshoot issues, support sales plans, and provide training to sales teams and customers.
Manage deployment projects, align technical solutions with business goals, and lead technical discussions in client meetings.
Design solutions, support sales presentations, create prototypes, maintain product knowledge, and document systems and processes.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) preferred.
8+ years of related sales experience with a strong technical background.
Experience in managing large, complex sales with brand‑recognizable accounts and minimal supervision.
Advanced communication skills and data‑analysis abilities.
Ability to mentor less experienced colleagues and lead technical discussions.
Salary & Benefits Salary Range:
$120,200 – $201,800 per year (dependent on geography, experience, and qualifications).
