KPMG Advisory practice is currently our fastest growing practice, and we are looking for a
Director Oracle Solution Architect
for our Consulting practice.
Responsibilities
Define and own end-to-end architecture for Oracle Cloud (ERP, HCM, OCI) and on-premises solutions.
Develop architecture roadmaps and ensure scalability, security, and compliance with industry best practices.
Lead Oracle Cloud transformation projects, including Finance, Procurement, and HR modules.
Conduct workshops, define scope, and estimate effort for client initiatives.
Oversee integration with enterprise systems and drive process improvement.
Ensure adherence to SDLC and Agile methodologies.
Partner with client executives, product teams, and delivery leads to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge-sharing within the practice.
Qualifications
8+ years of Oracle implementation experience, including at least one full lifecycle Oracle Cloud project.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Expertise in Oracle Fusion ERP/HCM and OCI technologies.
Preferred certifications: Oracle Certified Professional (OCP), TOGAF, ITIL.
Strong knowledge of Oracle architecture frameworks and cloud computing.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
Travel as required.
