Responsibilities
Defineand own end-to-end architecture for Oracle Cloud (ERP, HCM, OCI) and on-premisesolutions Developarchitecture roadmaps and ensure scalability, security, and compliance withindustry best practices LeadOracle Cloud transformation projects, including Finance, Procurement, and HRmodules Conductworkshops, define scope, and estimate effort for client initiatives Overseeintegration with enterprise systems and drive process improvement Ensureadherence to SDLC and Agile methodologies Partnerwith client executives, product teams, and delivery leads to translate businessneeds into technical solutions Mentorjunior team members and contribute to knowledge-sharing within the practice Qualifications
8+years of Oracle implementation experience, including at least one fulllifecycle Oracle Cloud project Bachelor's degree in computer science,Engineering, or related field Expertisein Oracle Fusion ERP/HCM and OCI technologies Preferredcertifications: Oracle Certified Professional (OCP), TOGAF, ITIL Strongknowledge of Oracle architecture frameworks and cloud computing Excellentcommunication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Travelas required Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. withoutthe need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
