Capitol Mazda invites applicants for the
Used Car Buyer/Trade-In Specialist

Responsibilities
Reach out to customers interested in selling or trading in their vehicle.
Follow up on inbound leads via phone, email, or text to gather vehicle information and schedule appointments.
Communicate regularly with customers to understand their needs and present a competitive, fair‑value offer.
Log outreach and customer status updates in the CRM.
Collaborate with General Managers and Used Car Managers to align inventory needs and source vehicles accordingly.
Occasionally attend car auctions to scout vehicle opportunities and support store‑level buying goals.
Qualifications
2–5 years of customer service, retail, or sales experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Confidence in negotiating and guiding customers through the trade‑in or selling process.
Ability to stay organized, follow up consistently, and work independently.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Compensation Base salary: $36,000–$150,000 per year, commensurate with experience and skills. This role is eligible for commissions based on individual sales metrics.
