Maintain accurate employee data across HR systems (HRIS, ATS, and LMS) Coordinate and administer end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding and offboarding Respond to employee inquiries with empathy and accuracy Support interview scheduling and candidate communication in the talent acquisition process Manage learning management system (LMS) administration and logistics for training sessions What is Required (Qualifications):
2+ years of professional HR, recruiting, or HR systems experience Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Comfortable navigating ambiguity in a high-growth environment How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with HRIS, ATS, and LMS systems Team player with a service mindset and willingness to learn Background in employee relations or HR compliance initiatives Familiarity with data analysis and reporting in HR contexts We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
