What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  • Maintain accurate employee data across HR systems (HRIS, ATS, and LMS)
  • Coordinate and administer end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding and offboarding
  • Respond to employee inquiries with empathy and accuracy
  • Support interview scheduling and candidate communication in the talent acquisition process
  • Manage learning management system (LMS) administration and logistics for training sessions

What is Required (Qualifications):

  • 2+ years of professional HR, recruiting, or HR systems experience
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity in a high-growth environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  • Experience with HRIS, ATS, and LMS systems
  • Team player with a service mindset and willingness to learn
  • Background in employee relations or HR compliance initiatives
  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting in HR contexts
