Total Rewards Specialist - Hybrid in Boston, MA (Onsite 3-4 days/week)
Base pay range $65,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr
A leading professional services client is looking for a Total Rewards Specialist to join their team. Main responsibilities of this role include: serving as the first point of contact for employees on benefits questions, conducting salary and labor market research, collaborating with the payroll and compensation teams, and working closely in ADP Workforce Now and Workday. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and an analytical approach to work.
Qualifications
2+ years of direct benefits administration & compensation experience
Systems savvy, with a strong preference for experience with ADP Workforce Now and Workday
Strong analytical and Excel skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
