We are seeking a high-performing M&A Analyst to support strategic growth initiatives within the fast-growing dental services sector. The Analyst will work closely with the VP of M&A on evaluating potential acquisitions, executing due diligence, and supporting transaction execution. This role offers exposure to complex transactions, collaboration with senior leadership, and a hands-on learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
Build financial models, perform valuations, and execute due diligence for potential orthodontic, pediatric, and oral surgery acquisitions. Analyze historical and projected financials to identify risks, opportunities, and key value drivers. Prepare acquisition tearsheets, LOIs, board materials, lender materials, and other transaction documents. Manage diligence workstreams with third‑party advisors (e.g., legal, QOE) and in‑house teams (e.g., operations, finance). Collaborate on deal structures, integration strategies, and other transaction execution considerations. Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity to inform strategic and investment decisions. Qualifications
2 to 4 years of experience in M&A, private equity, investment banking, or corporate development; experience in the DSO, dental, or healthcare sectors is strongly preferred. Advanced financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills. Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA designation is a plus. Why Join Us
