As a Senior Associate, Integrated Health Analytics, you’ll play a strategic role in analyzing and interpreting data across Humana CenterWell’s integrated health services. You’ll help uncover insights that inform marketing strategies, improve member engagement, and support clinical and operational excellence.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a data‑rich environment and enjoys connecting analytics to real‑world health outcomes.

Role Responsibilities

Design and execute complex analyses to evaluate marketing performance, member behavior, and health outcomes.

Leverage dashboards and reporting tools to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align analytics with strategic goals.

Translate business questions into data‑driven approaches and present findings to leadership.

Ensure data integrity through rigorous validation, documentation, and quality control.

Identify opportunities for optimization and innovation in marketing and engagement strategies.

Develop custom machine learning models such as segmentation, multi‑touch attribution, churn models, etc.

Use predictive modeling to bring insights into Humana member experiences utilizing regression, random forests, XGBoost, clustering, text mining for revenue generation, and other business outcomes.

Conduct a power analysis, hypothesis testing, develop marketing A/B test designs, support implementation of the tests, and present the statistical findings to business partners.

Responsible for valid test design, appropriate sample sizing, and setting up to ensure results are statistically significant and insights are generated. Advocate and build the discipline for continual testing, measurement, and iteration.

Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex findings clearly.

Use mathematics, statistics, modeling, business analysis, and technology to transform high volumes of complex data into advanced analytic solutions.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, pharmacy, business, healthcare, or a related quantitative field OR 3–5 years of data analytics or data science experience.

3+ years of demonstrated proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data analysis and modeling.

3+ years of strong experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

3+ years of experience with setting up causal inference experiments.

Experience in developing, maintaining, and collecting structured and unstructured data sets for analysis and reporting.

Be able to create reports, projections, models, and presentations to support business strategy and tactics.

3+ years and knowledge of predictive modeling and segmentation techniques.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with integrated health data (clinical + marketing).

Master’s degree in a quantitative or healthcare‑related field.

Familiarity with HIPAA and healthcare compliance standards.

Experience with Snowflake or Databricks.

Marketing experience a plus.

Experience with Adobe Analytics.

Work at Home Information To ensure home or hybrid home/office associates’ ability to work effectively, the self‑provided Internet service of home or hybrid home/office associates must meet the following criteria:

Satellite, cellular, and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership.

Associates who live and work from home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi‑weekly payment for their internet expense.

Humana will provide home or hybrid home/office associates with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.

Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information.

Pay Range $117,600 – $161,700 per year. The compensation range may be higher or lower depending on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job‑related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
