Note This role is for an experienced
Party Chief
who can confidently run a one or two person crew, operate robotic total stations and GPS GNSS, and produce clean field documentation. Valid drivers license required. Drug test and background check required.

Job Description
Lead one and two person field crews on boundary, topographic, and construction layout surveys
Operate robotic total stations and GPS GNSS equipment to collect precise data and establish control
Perform construction staking, as builts, and site layout with strong attention to accuracy
Maintain clear field notes, sketches, and point descriptions for efficient office processing
Coordinate daily plans with the office and project leads to hit deadlines and reduce rework
Support training and oversight of junior crew members on equipment setup, safety, and documentation
Contribute to a safety first, quality driven field culture
Qualifications
3+ years of field surveying experience with at least 1+ year leading a crew as Party Chief or equivalent
Hands on experience with robotic total stations and GPS GNSS
Construction staking and layout experience
Strong field documentation and quality control habits
Valid drivers license and ability to pass drug test and background check
Leica experience is a plus
