Senior Financial Analyst – Supply Chain Operations
Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid) Seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support supply chain operations—specifically strategic sourcing—through financial leadership, modeling, and decision support. This role partners closely with operational leaders to drive profitability, improve cost efficiency, and support strategic planning. Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain financial models, forecasts, and business cases. Provide insights and recommendations to supply chain leadership. Lead month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end performance analysis. Track KPIs, expenses, and progress toward financial objectives. Support budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning. Conduct ad‑hoc analysis for sourcing, supplier negotiations, and operational projects. Requirements
3+ years financial analysis experience (5+ preferred). Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; MBA preferred. Strong financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting skills. Experience in COGS/inventory analysis and supply‑chain‑related financial planning. Advanced Excel; Power BI, Oracle, Hyperion Essbase a plus. Strong communication, business partnering and presentation skills. Work Setup
Hybrid schedule; approx. 3 days onsite per week.
