This is a full time/permanent position with a well established General Contractor primarily focused on projects related to Commercial, Office spaces, Life science/Labs, etc. Due to consistent growth, they are currently hiring for experienced Senior Superintendents. This person will be responsible for overseeing all field staff and the overall success of the construction project.

What You Will Be Doing
Oversee and manage daily field operations, subcontractors, etc.
Manage the team in evaluating project scope, site logistics, ensuring safety standards are met, etc.
Monitor construction progress
Maintaining a good client/customer relationship throughout the project
What You Need for this Position
10+ Years Experience as Construction Superintendent
Experience on TI Projects for commercial projects
Experience scheduling, field supervision, quality control, and production of all phases of construction
