Job Mission The Treasury Analyst position is part of the Corporate Treasury function in Finance. The Treasury Manager will work with a small Treasury team to maintain cash flow and ensure sufficient liquidity to meet operational requirements. A successful candidate will have excellent analytical skills, strong attention to detail and ability to collaborate well with teams across the company.
The role reports to the Treasury Director and is based in Brighton, Massachusetts.
Major Accountabilities
Prepare rolling monthly balance sheet and cash flow forecasts to support financial planning.
Lead the financial close and reporting activities for designated entities.
Develop and deliver monthly presentations and analyses of actuals and forecast for senior leadership.
Assist in daily processing of wire payments and transfers.
Ensure compliance with terms of financing agreements and related covenants.
Assist in review of contracts and negotiation of vendor terms to optimize cash flow.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (across global, regional, and local subsidiaries), including finance, accounting, tax, and legal, to ensure effective treasury operations.
Evaluate, develop and implement cash management systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Perform ad‑hoc tasks and special projects as assigned by the treasurer or other department leaders.
Requirements for Success
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
Minimum of 3‑5 years’ experience in a finance role.
Experience in cash management, cash flow forecasting, and working‑capital management preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make informed decisions.
Must have a demonstrated hands‑on approach and success in working in a team‑based environment.
Salary Boston, MA Headquarters – Pay range: $68,470.00 – $87,780.00 – $107,090.00 annually (actual base pay varies based on relevant experience, time in role, internal equity, geographic location, and more).
