We are seeking an inspiring and motivated leader to oversee approximately 10 dialysis centers and 200 teammates, managing a $30‑50 MM P&L. As a Regional Operations Director (ROD), you will provide strategic and tactical leadership, counsel, and direction to field management to ensure safe, efficient, therapeutic, and ethical patient care. You will identify and develop strategic growth opportunities, monitor division performance, and work closely with the Divisional Vice President or SVP to develop competitive strategies aligned with DaVita’s mission and values. Key Responsibilities
Create a team powerhouse with 10‑12 direct reports to ensure quality and compliant patient care. Address top growth priorities, patient census, and lead successful operational conversions on acquisitions. Measure key metrics and outcomes driven from the inherited book of business. Develop and execute strategic operating plans and goals for assigned division facilities. Meet labor budget. Review, analyze, and address gaps in service excellence, policies, and procedures proactively; identify issues and implement solutions. Manage financial and revenue growth, operations, labor management, contract management, and clinical outcomes within the assigned division facilities. Maintain awareness and knowledge of competition; proactively assess related SWOT (division strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats). Leadership for a multi‑site operational business. Experience leading a unified team. Experience identifying and committed to growth in your territory. Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred. Available for moderate travel (25‑50% overnight). Philosophies that align with our core values.
