3–5 years of experience
in corporate law, with a strong background in
M&A, private equity, venture capital
and general corporate transactional matters, including advising businesses throughout all stages of their lifecycle—from formation and financing to exit strategies—and serving as
outside general counsel
to a diverse client base.
