at the
Qualifying Houses
in South Lake Tahoe, CA✨
The California Qualifying Houses offer young women a normalized high school experience while developing transition and independent living skills using our Integrated Care Model program.
This unique program offers students opportunities for positive change and unlimited potential for achievement. The Q-House has served this population since 1984.
Pay : Starting at $80,000 a year.

What you will do: As the Head of Service, you will be responsible for overall delivery and implementation of each individual Client Treatment Plan, attending Child and Family Team meetings and treatment team meetings, and completing assessments, and Client Treatment Plans.
To be considered you should:
Be empathetic, patient, consistent, compassionate, have an honest work ethic, and treat others with respect
Be at least 21 years of age
Have a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work or Counseling with CA current registration
Be registered with CA Board of Behavioral Science
Obtain appropriate number of CEU each year to maintain registration, if applicable
Have one year of prior experience working in a residential setting for children/NMD, their families and/or the Juvenile Justice/Child Welfare system
Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test
Be able to pass a search of the child abuse central registry
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm * 1 hour break
