Overseeing daily HR operations Managing employee relations and compliance matters Supervising payroll and HR processes Leading hiring and onboarding initiatives Ensuring adherence to labor laws and internal policies Qualifications
Senior-level HR leadership experience Strong knowledge of HR compliance and labor laws Experience managing payroll and employee relations Excellent organizational and leadership skills Healthcare or ABA experience preferred Salary
