We're hiring! Calling on
AEC Talent Partners
who are ready to help our firm grow in 2026 and beyond. As part of the Welty Energy Team, you are responsible for the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing top talent, conducting in-depth interviews, evaluating candidates, and partnering with hiring managers to identify and secure the best fit for all roles, utilizing advanced sourcing strategies and deep industry knowledge to attract passive candidates and develop long‑term talent pipelines.
Day to Day
Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to identify and attract high‑caliber candidates for all positions across the organization.
Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including initial phone screens, in‑depth interviews, and behavioral assessments to evaluate skills, experience and cultural fit.
Proactively source passive candidates through networking, industry connections, and advanced search tools to identify top talent in the market.
Manage internal processes/systems to track candidate data and provide regular updates.
Manage and streamline the ATS, working with the ATS Representatives and providing training internally.
Build strong relationships with hiring managers, understanding their specific needs, and providing expert guidance throughout the recruitment process.
Provide a positive candidate experience and nurture long‑term relationships for current or future needs.
Actively seek out diverse candidates to build a strong and inclusive workforce.
Maintain the referral program from policy compliance to company‑wide engagement.
Participate in the creation and maintenance of our early‑age professional program through Career Fairs, seasonal and year‑round intern programs, conversion of intern to new grad FTE offers all the while building awareness of the program internally and externally.
Contribute to the company's employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
What We're Looking For
Proven track record of successfully recruiting talent within the energy or engineering or AEC industry.
Expertise in various sourcing methods including LinkedIn, professional networking, and job boards.
Strong interviewing and assessment skills to evaluate candidates' potential for complex roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with both candidates and hiring managers.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Bachelor's degree in human resources, or a related field is desired or relevant years of experience in Talent acquisition.
8 years of recruitment experience required.
AEC industry experience highly preferred.
