Overview Our West Geography team is looking for a
Senior Electrical Engineer
to join a multidisciplinary team in Los Angeles or San Francisco. We use the latest design technologies and analytic methods to deliver projects that prioritize sustainability, carbon reduction, and resilience.
Responsibilities
Lead the design of electrical systems on medium to large‑scale, complex projects across sectors such as entertainment and commercial.
Mentor and supervise junior staff and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, leveraging experience at local, regional, and global levels.
Maintain strong client relationships to ensure successful project delivery and foster repeat business.
Prepare drawings, specifications, technical reports, and presentation materials incorporating sustainable design methods.
Present technical material in traditional and innovative ways for review by technical and non‑technical audiences.
Participate in local Professional Associations.
Ensure quality standards, commercial metrics, and client satisfaction for projects.
Required Skills
Bachelor’s degree in electrical or architectural engineering.
Minimum six years of experience designing electrical systems for buildings or infrastructure projects.
Ability to lead the electrical discipline as lead electrical designer for projects with strong organizational skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills essential for team‑based working.
Experience with 3D BIM software – preferably Revit MEP.
Preferred Skills
Experience with power system modeling using SKM or similar software.
Professional Engineering License in US.
