Program Director of Outpatient Services
Northeast Family Services is a premier mental health provider with over 20 years of experience providing services to individuals and families via telehealth, in‑person, or in‑home. We are seeking an experienced Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to join our growing Massachusetts team.

Responsibilities
Provide leadership and oversee the daily operations of the outpatient therapy program in an assigned region.
Qualifications
Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Massachusetts is required.
Master’s degree in Social Work.
Five years minimum experience in a clinical capacity.
Three years minimum experience in a supervisory or management capacity.
Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle.
Ability to effectively lead and develop staff.
Strong written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of Electronic Health Records (EHR).
