Northeast Family Services is a premier mental health provider with over 20 years of experience providing services to individuals and families via telehealth, in‑person, or in‑home. We are seeking an experienced LICSW (Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker) to join our growing Massachusetts team as a Program Director of Outpatient Services.
The Program Director of Outpatient Therapy, in partnership with the VP of MA and the senior leadership team, is responsible for providing leadership and overseeing the daily operations of the outpatient therapy program in an assigned region.

Lead and manage the outpatient therapy program, ensuring high‑quality client services and operational efficiency. Qualifications
Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Massachusetts Master's degree in Social Work Minimum five years of clinical experience Minimum three years of supervisory or management experience Valid driver’s license with reliable access to a vehicle Ability to effectively lead and develop staff Strong written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge of Electronic Health Records (EHR) Benefits
