Position Type: Full Time Location: Highland Heights, Ohio
Starting wage: $22–$24 per hour Shift schedule: Friday/Saturday/Monday/Sunday 3 p‑11 p

Responsibilities
Advocate of Empathy: understand the importance of empathy and create human connections with residents during their most vulnerable moments.
Patient Observer: discover residents’ interests and abilities, collaborate on engagement plans, and implement strategies with patience for success.
Master of the Mise En Scène: set the stage for a successful day by preparing dining rooms, libraries, and residents’ rooms for nightly routines.
Life Partner: partner with residents to achieve daily life from wake to sleep.
Document resident care and changes in condition.
Assist with orientation of team members assigned to memory care neighborhoods.
Qualifications
At least 18 years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
Positive and energetic attitude that loves residents.
Computer skills for printing documents and entering resident information.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day.
Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds.
Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and after falls.
Criminal clearance required.
