Role Overview: We are seeking a
hands‑on CTO Co‑Founder
to own technical direction and execution. You will lead architecture and development across the stack, ship features end‑to‑end, and build a stable foundation for scale.
Responsibilities
Own system architecture across frontend, backend, infrastructure, and data
Build and improve the core product experience with a focus on user outcomes
Export, productionize, and maintain the application created in
Lovable.dev
Design and launch third‑party API integrations (OAuth, webhooks, data flows, background jobs)
Build and maintain internal and external APIs for platform expansion
Implement engineering foundations: CI/CD, testing, logging, monitoring, and security basics
Lead iOS delivery, including App Store submission workflows and release readiness
Required Qualifications
Strong full‑stack engineering experience shipping production software
Proven ability to build integrations with external APIs (auth, webhooks, rate limits, reliability)
Product‑minded. Able to make pragmatic trade‑offs and ship quickly
iOS delivery experience including App Store release cycles (hands‑on or end‑to‑end leadership)
Preferred Technical Background You should be strong in several of the following:
TypeScript/JavaScript (Node.js, React/Next.js)
Python (services, LLM tooling, automation)
SQL + data modeling (Postgres preferred)
API design (REST and/or GraphQL)
Cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or equivalent). CI/CD
iOS (Swift). TestFlight and App Store release process
What Success Looks Like (First 60–90 Days)
A production‑ready repo extracted from the Lovable.dev build and structured for maintainability
Reliable backend foundations: Auth, analytics, deployments, and monitoring
A repeatable integrations framework with initial high‑value integrations shipped
iOS plan locked with TestFlight build or App Store submission readiness
