Description We are looking for an organized and tech-savvy Administrative Assistant to join our team in Renton, Washington. This is a long-term contract position where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth office operations and providing excellent support to both staff and clients. - Greet visitors and provide a welcoming front desk experience.
- Manage filing systems, including tracking and organizing e-filing processes.
- Prepare and collate tax returns and other important documents.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring efficient calendar management.
- Gather and organize necessary paperwork and documents as requested.
- Respond to inquiries with professionalism and accuracy, both in person and via phone.
- Perform data entry tasks with attention to detail and precision.
- Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Utilize technology and software tools to support administrative processes.
- Assist with basic accounting tasks when needed. Requirements - Proven experience in administrative or receptionist roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with scheduling and appointment management.
- Comfortable with e-filing and document tracking processes.
