- Translate written documents and verbal communications between English and Spanish to facilitate clear understanding.
- Handle sensitive client information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Assist caseworkers and team members with clerical duties, including filing, organizing, and data entry.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely completion of client-related tasks and requests.
- Respond to inbound calls, providing accurate information and directing inquiries to the appropriate parties.
- Perform receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and managing front desk operations.
- Ensure all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and in compliance with organizational standards.
- Keep records and documentation organized for easy access by authorized personnel.
- Support the team in maintaining an organized and welcoming office environment.
- Monitor and prioritize incoming requests to ensure deadlines are met. Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with data entry processes and office software applications.
- Experience managing inbound calls and providing excellent customer service.
