The firm is seeking a VP-level corporate development professional to lead strategic partnerships, project financing, and commercial structuring. Drive PPA negotiations, joint ventures, capital formation, and M&A initiatives alongside experienced investors from tier-one energy and infrastructure funds.

Key Responsibilities

Lead corporate development: M&A, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships with utilities, technology companies, and industrial off-takers

Structure and negotiate power purchase agreements (PPAs) and offtake contracts

Design project finance and capital structures across debt and equity

Drive capital markets strategy and fundraising execution

Manage relationships with lenders, strategic partners, and counterparties

Ideal Candidate

5-8+ years: Investment banking (energy/infrastructure) + operating experience

Deep knowledge: PPAs, project finance, joint ventures, energy markets, and power generation economics

Advanced financial modeling and transaction execution

Entrepreneurial mindset with strategic and operational awareness
