Responsibilities
Oversee international tax compliance and planning, including federal, state, and local income, franchise, and sales taxes, as well as transfer pricing.
Calculate tax liabilities, prepare and file returns, and manage the tax aspects of equity plans and contractor arrangements.
Ensure proper tax treatment of employee benefits and welfare programs.
Conduct tax due diligence for acquisitions and structure transactions efficiently.
Stay current on tax law changes, identify savings opportunities (e.g., R&D credits), and liaise with tax authorities and advisors.
Qualifications
Reasoning ability—solve complex problems from first principles, structure ideas sharply, resist biases, and attend to details that matter.
Drive—extremely ambitious, initiative, effort, and tenacity match the intensity of ambition, and feel deeply responsible for work.
Team spirit—generous help, no expectation of return, support best idea, reliable, honest, and transparent.
Proficiency in English—read, write, and speak proficiently in English.
